Breakfast: Fruit Smoothie
For this breakfast smoothie there is really no way to go wrong. The general rule is, the more red, the better. Simply combine some of your favourite red fruits in a blender with some juice, milk, or water and enjoy! Add your choice of protein powder for an extra boost and you have a perfect breakfast to enjoy at home or take on the go. Some possible fruit combinations include:

- Strawberries, raspberries, pomegranate
- Red apple, grapes, watermelon,
- Cranberries, cherries, beets
Lunch: Roasted red pepper soup
Roast red peppers in the oven or on the grill until skin is slightly blackened and then remove the skin and the seeds. Chop up pepper and leave them on the side. Then sauté the onions and garlic in large soup pot with a little bit of cooking oil. Next, add chopped potato and peppers. Add stock and bring to a simmer. Then purée the mixture until smooth. Mix in the cream thoroughly, then add salt and pepper to taste. Pair with a grilled cheese sandwich for a healthy and yummy lunch.
- 4 large red bell peppers
- 1 medium yellow/white onion (about 1 cup)
- 1 large russet potato, peeled and diced (about 1 1/2 cup)
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1 quart chicken stock (or vegetable stock )
- 1/4 cup cream or milk
- Cayenne, salt and pepper to taste
Snack: Yogurt with berries and granola
Scoop some of your favourite into a bowl. Add granola and top with your favourite red fruits. Cranberries, strawberries and raspberries are great for this recipe.

Dinner: Pasta with tomato sauce
First bring a large pot of water to a boil and then add your pasta of choice. In a large pan add oil and sauté the onions and garlic. Next add cherry tomatoes, chopped red peppers, and baby spinach. Add salt and pepper to taste and mix well. Mix in tomato sauce and bring to a simmer. Add pasta and mix well. Top with parmesan and enjoy! You can also sprinkle some chilli flakes on top for a little kick.

- 1/2 small white onion (about 1/4 cup)
- Minced garlic
- Cherry tomatoes (cut in half)
- 1 large red pepper chopped
- Baby spinach
- Salt and pepper
- Parmesan cheese
Dessert: Fully loaded crepes
Mix dry ingredients together in a large bowl (flour, salt). Mix wet ingredients separately. Gradually pour wet mixture into the dry mixture and wisk together until smooth. Take small scoop (about 1/4 cup) and pour into hot pan. Leave for 1-2 minutes or until the bottom is brown. Then flip and leave until brown or golden on the other side. Top with whipped cream, strawberries, and strawberry ice cream for the perfect dessert.
